What Are Knee CARs?
Knee CARs are a gentle, controlled exercise that helps keep your knees moving well and pain-free. The goal is to take your knee through its full available range of motion with slow, intentional movement.

How to Do Knee CARs

Sit or stand comfortably.

Slowly bend your knee and rotate your lower leg inward and outward in a full, controlled circle.

Keep the movement small and controlled—quality over speed!

Perform 3–5 reps in each direction on each leg.
